While working on the Marshalls E-commerce design team, I took control of the organic social media posts. I created in-feed posts and Instagram stories, and developed a strong formula for the Instagram stories.
I also kept tabs on what other competitors were doing, and presented ideas to the Social Media managers on the Marketing team. Some of these ideas were implemented during my time at Marshalls, such as changing our profile story highlight icons.
