While working on the Marshalls E-commerce design team as a co-op, I took control of the organic social media posts. I created in-feed posts and Instagram stories, and developed a strong formula for the Instagram stories.
I also kept tabs on what other competitors were doing, and presented ideas to the Social Media managers on the Marketing team. Some of these ideas were implemented during my co-op at Marshalls, such as changing our profile story highlight icons.
