I've had the opportunity to design both print and digital gift cards for Marshalls. I strategically concept and design different options based on the needs of our brand team and work closely with a copywriter on our team to ensure that the words and design elements feel cohesive. We use bright colors and bold typography to help the cards stand out both in our store at the POS (point of sale) and in the customer's wallet.
Once designs are approved, I attend press checks for the print gift cards and collaborate with my team to choose treatments that add interest, such as glitter or foils.
